Uveal melanomas are one of the most common primary malignancies of the eye. Metastasis to solid organs has been documented, but very rarely has it been noted to occur in the stomach. Symptoms can depend on the site of metastasis and can include, but are not limited to, nausea/vomiting, iron deficiency, malabsorption, obstruction, etc. We present a case of a patient with choroidal melanoma with associated development of esophageal, gastric, hepatic, and lung malignancies.
